  1. Great show! Super great content! Loved hearing about the hearts and flower socks! I am a fan of Wendy Johnson's toe up socks! I also make myself pillow cases so I enjoyed hearing about your making them for the gifts for the team! I love floral cotton prints and use plaid with the for myself! Happy Knitting!

    1. Thanks so much! I like to sew but I feel like it takes so much more effort than knitting. I have to get everything out and ready to go and then someone needs/wants something and I need to put it all away. With knitting, I can pick up, knit two stitches, and stuff it back in my bag.

  2. I really liked this episode. I always enjoy hearing about your Girl Scouts adventures! I feel so bad about what happened to the needles in your socks though, what a bummer. I am like you, mostly monogamous with usually two projects, a quickI and easy one and a more involved and complicated one. I would feel stressed if I had more than three or four projects going at one time. Love the show :-)

    1. Sorry for the multiple posts, some kind of glitch I think....

    2. Thanks so much. You have no idea how it makes my day to get comments like this. Thank you.

I also find that if I have one or two projects on the needles, I knit faster because I can't wait to move on to the next project!! I just got some Trekking XXL in the mail and I am just dying to cast it on. Guess who is going to be knitting like a madwoman this week?? :)

    3. I've never used the Trekking, but have heard fantastic things about it! I agree with knitting faster, but only if I have one or maybe two more projects on the needles. If I have three or four or more then I just feel overwhelmed and like I'll never get anything done. I'm much more of a product knitter than a process knitter, I want that finished object :) I love the knitting process, but by the end of it I do want something out of it.

  6. Enjoyed the episode as usual! I live about 2 hours northeast of Wisconsin Dells. We used to go there when I was a kid and I was there a few years ago to meet some friends from Ohio who were vacationing there. Fun place!
